UX Designer/Owner

As a UX Designer/Owner at Chargezoom, you will lead the entire UX design process, which includes user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. You will develop user flows, journey maps, and conduct user interviews to understand user needs better. Maintaining a user-centered focus, you will create personas and scenarios that guide design decisions, and you'll present design concepts to stakeholders clearly and effectively. Additionally, you’ll manage the design system and ensure consistency across our platform.

To succeed as a UX Designer/Owner at Chargezoom, you should have at least 3 years of UX experience in a technology company, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience using Figma to effectively communicate designs to front-end developers. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries is essential, alongside a high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills that will enable you to collaborate with various teams across the organization.

At Chargezoom, the UX Designer/Owner will utilize a range of tools and methodologies, including Figma for design work, user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather data. You'll be involved in creating impactful user flows and journey maps using wireframing techniques and prototyping to showcase design concepts. Usability testing is also a key method to ensure our designs meet user needs effectively.

At Chargezoom, the salary for the UX Designer/Owner position is set between $65,000 and $75,000 per year.
