About the role

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Artworker to join our team! Reporting to the UK VM Creative Artworker, our in-house Junior Creative Artworker will be responsible for art-working print ready files and assisting the creation of campaign presentations and guidelines with the VM Executive and Managers. Communicating across all departments (global and local) to ensure designs are in-line with brand direction. They will assist the UK PP team with ad hoc design and artwork briefs and act as a brand guardian to ensure brand consistency with global guidelines!

As a Junior Creative Artworker you will

  • Be accountable for producing all creative assets, ensuring accuracy and precise attention to detail, always following global VM guidelines.
  • Design and setup print ready plate artwork to be used in all our distribution points across the UK, and maintain a plate database of artwork. Approve plate proofs from suppliers.
  • Create visually engaging artworks for the UK Market whilst following Global VM Campaign guidelines.
  • Ensure Charlotte Tilbury brand guidelines are adhered to in all executions.
  • Liaise with the Marketing, Commercial, Global VM, Creative Agency to achieve effective and efficient design outcomes.
  • Function as an integral part of an agile creative team by assisting VM Managers in creating brand assets to be used in campaign launches.
  • Assist the VM Managers with campaign decks including researching plate allocation information.
  • Quality control UK PP artworks to ensure consistency with global guidelines and offer design/artwork feedback on any freelance work being produced for the UK.
  • Work closely with the Creative Artworker to improve and streamline processes and the Artworking function within the UK PP team.

Who you will work with

  • You will report directly to the UK VM Creative Artworker, working with the wonderful UK Store Design & VM team!
  • You will also work cross functionally, with teams such as Commercial, Marketing, Creative Agency & Global, as well as external suppliers and partners.

About you

  • You need to be experienced in art-working print ready files, from small scale to large OOH.
  • Confident in Adobe creative suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop & Indesign)
  • Broad knowledge of various printing processes & techniques and experience creating print-ready artwork
  • An excellent communicator, with an excellent eye for detail and precision.
  • You have exceptional organisational skills and can manage multiple stakeholders with ease.
  • You thrive working to pace, you are able to ruthlessly prioritise and can manage multiple deadlines at anyone time with ease.
