Skills

Proficiency in SQL
Experience with data warehouses and visualization tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts
Proficiency in scripting languages for task automation
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Monitor technical infrastructure for performance issues and security vulnerabilities
Execute complex SQL queries to maintain data integrity

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs
