Data Analyst
Clipboard Health, a fast-growing tech startup, is looking for a Data Analyst to centralize data and provide insights to support healthcare professionals and facilities.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data warehouses and visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts
- Proficiency in scripting languages for task automation
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor technical infrastructure for performance issues and security vulnerabilities
- Execute complex SQL queries to maintain data integrity
- Create data visualization dashboards for customer support metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs
- Maintain detailed documentation of data workflows and processes
- Coordinate and execute patch management activities
Education
