Join our innovative team as an AI Scientist/Engineer in Model Training at our cutting-edge startup located in Palo Alto, where we're on a mission to revolutionize cancer therapy. If you have a passion for combining theoretical physics with advanced deep learning techniques, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing novel methods and training models to predict how biological systems respond to various perturbations in complex, high-dimensional environments. You'll co-design large-scale experimental campaigns utilizing robotic platforms and leverage extensive structured datasets sourced from public domains. Your expertise will directly impact the way we understand and model biological data at scale. We expect you to feast on a variety of large datasets while overseeing our data infrastructure across the entire pipeline, from software development to the wet lab. The ideal candidate will have an MS, PhD, or Postdoc in Physics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in classic machine learning, deep learning, and statistics. If you are excited about coding to production and have a background in handling biological data, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time position that requires you to be in our Palo Alto office five days a week, and you will be working with technologies like Python, Jax, and Rust. Join us on our journey to transform cancer treatment!
