We're a small team building a new kind of financial platform that empowers people to take control of their finances, make informed decisions, and achieve their goals. About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our apps across iOS, MacOS, web, and Android, creating intuitive and engaging experiences that help our users navigate their financial journeys with confidence.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate closely with engineers and other designers to create user-centered design solutions

  • Contribute to the end-to-end design process, from ideation and user research to high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications

  • Help bring strategic initiatives to life by creating visual assets and documentation

  • Participate in planning discussions and contribute ideas for product and process improvements

  • Lead bug bashes for your projects and address post-launch issues

  • Explore a wide breadth of design options and articulate trade-offs for each

  • Create high-fidelity prototypes that incorporate animations and transitions

  • This is a hybrid position based in New York City, you'll be required to come into our office in Brooklyn at least 2 times a week along with the rest of the team. We work from home the rest of the week, but the office is always available in case you want to make use of it more often.

What we're looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech and consumer apps

  • Proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools

  • Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own projects effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly

  • Experience with or interest in personal finance and financial wellness

  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback and new ideas
