Marketing Analyst

What you'll do:
Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform campaign strategies and improve ROI.
Measure and attribute the effectiveness of B2B marketing funnels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting across the customer journey.
Analyze and synthesize data from various CRM and digital analytics platforms to drive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various channels.
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing efforts, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to create reports that highlight key insights and support strategic decision-making.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all marketing systems, maintaining high standards of data quality and accuracy.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis, specializing in attribution concepts.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics.
Experience in creating and managing marketing dashboards and reports.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy.
Bonus Skills:.
Proficiency in Python, R, or another programming language for data analysis and automation.
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and experience in establishing a single source of truth for marketing data.
