Senior Visual Designer

About the Role:

In this role, you'll take full ownership of the creative process, partnering with marketing to conceptualize visual campaigns, develop assets across multiple channels, and analyze performance to iterate designs.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, brings fresh perspectives to creative challenges, and has a proven track record of creating design systems that scale across multiple campaigns and platforms. You'll have the opportunity to shape our visual strategy while working directly with various stakeholders to ensure our creative assets not only have a strong visual presence but also drive measurable business results.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Take full ownership of the design lifecycle, from initial concept and design to ongoing iteration and improvement.

  • Work directly with marketing and sales stakeholders to translate campaign goals into compelling visual designs that align with our brand messaging.

  • Design landing pages, sales funnels, and key website pages with a focus on driving conversions and achieving specific marketing goals.

  • Design static ad graphics for paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.

  • Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions, offer fresh visual insights, and help shape our overall creative strategy.

Who You Are:

  • You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing teams as a graphic designer.

  • You are proficient in Figma & the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Your portfolio reflects proven experience in creating performance-driven digital assets for marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation initiatives.

  • You have experience reading and analyzing performance metrics like CTR & conversion rates to optimize and iterate on your designs.

  • You communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, actively seek constructive feedback, and use it to improve your designs.

Bonus, Bot Not Required:

  • Experience designing marketing materials such as lead magnets, e-books, and guides.

  • Experience strategizing, conceptualizing, and developing complete brand identities from the ground up.
