The role
As a Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling brand experiences that connect with our audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and creative to design innovative campaigns and interactive experiences. Your work will span a wide range of projects, from launching high-profile campaigns to building brand assets and experimenting with new creative formats.

Fully Remote, with the opportunity to work anywhere worldwide.

How you’ll contribute

We are a mission-driven company, so passion for our work is key. This role spans three main areas:

  • Design: Create marketing materials, e-commerce landing pages, and digital assets that drive company growth and enhance brand identity. Work across the design spectrum, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.

  • Validate: Use data to inform design decisions and measure success.

  • Iterate: Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to refine and improve brand materials.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with the Art Director to support digital projects, including ads, emails, marketing collateral, and internal team materials.

  • Craft visually compelling, on-brand graphics.

  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Work closely with the Brand and Growth Teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Create and refine design elements for internal communications.

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work across multiple touchpoints, particularly UI/UX.

  • Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • A collaborative, curious, and innovative mindset, with the ability to adapt to change.

  • Proficiency in English

Bonus points for:

  • Strong knowledge of typography, hierarchy, and layout.

  • Experience in digital advertising, experience in startups.

  • Experience in 3D platform such as Cinema 4D or Blender

  • Knowledge of plugins such element 3D, Rubber hose, etc.

  • Computer Arts or Graphics major is highly preferred.
