Job Summary
We are hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support our customers via email and live chat. In this role, you’ll provide product guidance, assist with orders, process returns, and help troubleshoot repair inquiries-all while representing the YA-MAN brand with empathy and professionalism.
This a remote position open to California residents only, working approximately 3-4 hours per weekday (Monday - Friday).
