What you will do

• Lead a project management team that specializes in our foodservice database product suite
• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales to develop processes and materials that improve our servicing offering
• Set the project standards for the team and the company regarding our foodservice database accounts
• Act as a key stakeholder for Data and Product teams; providing input on roadmap items, commenting on methodology, and setting priority based on client feedback
• Work closely with developers and engineers to plan client implementation of new offerings
• Monitor all client accounts and flag scope creep, hours, and other overages to account management team; assist in right-sizing identified accounts
• Responsible for monitoring and improving team productivity to ensure adequate and efficient staffing
• Support Sales and Account Management on strategic prospect and client ideation calls
• Own landscape trend reporting methodology and collaborate with other teams for report distribution

What you bring (Required)

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 5+years of work experience in a customer service/data/project management role
• Demonstrated leadership experience leading a team and projects
• Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex data concepts verbally and via email in easy-to-understand language to different types of stakeholders
• Prior success in a client-facing role
• Experience working on data-focused initiatives and with technical contacts

Nice to have

• Some knowledge of Alteryx, SQL, Jira
• Prior experience at SaaS, food and beverage, or a data/analytics company
• Prior experience working with big data / large databases

The pay range for this role is $90,000-$110,000k/ year. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
