We invite a skilled, organized, and communicative Business Analyst with a technical background to join our team. You’ll contribute to an exciting integration project within the dynamic Point of Sale (POS) space, collaborating with a renowned industry player.   • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proven ability to document system requirements, organize data, and simplify complex concepts
  • Technical background in data structures, scripting, infrastructure, and API communication principles
  • Solid knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (Story Map, Jira, Confluence)
  • Proficiency in G Suite and flowcharting tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, LucidChart)
  • Experience creating wireframes and collaborating with UI/UX teams
  • Experience with bug tracking, modeling, and collaboration tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced English level

Desirable:

  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and modern software engineering practices
  • Familiarity with banking or finance sectors
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or similar
  • Experience with requirement preparation for 3rd-party integrations

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the product team to document business needs and transform them into clear, actionable technical requirements.

  • Gather and define feature requirements from product stakeholders
  • Write and analyze user stories, ensuring technical clarity and alignment with business needs
  • Develop and maintain clear and detailed technical documentation to support the development process
  • Assist stakeholders with priority management, analyze and implement requested changes
  • Visualize workflows of developed solutions using flowcharts, UML, or BPMN
  • Prepare wireframes and work with UI/UX teams to align designs with technical requirements
  • Present implemented solutions to the customer during UAT (Acceptance Testing for User Stories)
