To support our rapid growth and evolution, VRAI is seeking a Client Experience Advisor to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring unparalleled client experience, and prompt problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have a background in direct-to-consumer or start-up environments, would describe themselves as intrinsically motivated, and is excited about helping and building relationships with clients every step of the way. This is a remote position and will require weekend availability.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining knowledge about our products and policies, tracking client concerns, and facilitating repairs and returns, all while representing VRAI’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
