Qualifications: 4+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement, with 2+ years quota-carrying solutions consulting or sales role experience; strong adaptability, business acumen, and project management skills required.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between CAD 90,000 - CAD 130,000.

About This Opportunity:
The Enablement Lead is responsible for empowering the revenue organization at Docebo, including Sales, Customer Success, and related departments, to achieve their best performance. This role balances strategic and operational responsibilities, focusing on defining enablement strategies, developing training programs, and driving the execution of these initiatives. The Enablement Lead collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across the organization to refine processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring the consistent adoption of best practices and maximizing the impact on revenue generation
