QA Lead Tester

Join us for the opportunity to create groundbreaking games with some of the best developer talent in the industry.Respawn is looking for a Lead Tester to join an established, experienced team working on Apex Legends. You will report to the Associate Quality Designers on the Apex Playtesting team and assist with daily tasks for the team. You will help to communicate daily tasks to the team and help leadership keep track of work output from the team. You will partner with other Lead Testers to ensure communication on tasks, issues/blockers, and work output to the APT Leadership team. You will lead team activities to ensure that we are on the right content and help to build our playtesting culture.Responsibilities• Communicate daily schedule to the playtest team.• Escalate issues/blockers to the appropriate partners.• Help with basic setup/equipment issues for new playtesters.• Assist AQDs with data and task completion information gathering.• Help prioritize issues in the bug database to expedite bug-fixing efforts for future playtest sessions.• Promote a Player First environment on our playtest team.Requirements• Understanding of defect and task tracking software (JIRA, Testrail, DevTrack)• 1+ year experience working on AAA+ Live Service titles.
