Location: Alternate locations may be considered. This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
The Associate General Counsel is responsible for providing legal support services to our federal government business (Medicare/Medicaid), enterprise-wide complex legal assignments and projects (provider contract negotiation, pre-litigation support, resolution disputes). Focus of work is on large scale and/or high financial level projects with broad department and/or organizational impact and moderate level of risk. Works as a strategic partner and decision maker with more senior leaders and manages work independently.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $187,616 to $294,216.
