Junior Project Manager, Customer Operations

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Project/Program Manager to support our Partner Success Manager in delivering exceptional experiences for our clinic and medical group customers. This role involves managing various operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution and partner satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and distribute surveys to gather valuable insights and feedback from clinics and their members.
  • Maintain and organize the Partnership Ops Trello board, ensuring all tasks and projects are up to date and efficiently managed.
  • Keep the Partner Agenda updated with relevant information and action items.
  • Set up and manage partner accounts in our CRM.
  • Compile and distribute the Weekly Reports, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee and maintain marketing assets, ensuring they are current and aligned with partnership goals.
  • Keep our Wiki and SOPs organized and updated for easy access and efficient use.
  • Assist with taking notes during partner meetings and track action items, both internally and externally.


Required Skills and Experience:
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Typeform, Trello, SuiteDash, and other CRM/project management/collaboration tools.
  • Basic Marketing Skills: Experience with Canva, producing and printing physical assets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and collaborate with team members.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively address them to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Healthcare or Wellness: Background in healthcare, wellness, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

$6 - $14 an hour
