As an Onboarding & Engagement Officer, you will support our customer onboarding journey while playing a pivotal role in driving customer retention.
You'll be the first point of personal contact for our newest customers. Your confident social and telephone skills will be key in building a strong and positive first impression for the business. Reporting to the Outbound Manager and leadership team, you’ll be part of a growing, energetic team dedicated to providing world class customer service.
