As an Onboarding & Engagement Officer, you will support our customer onboarding journey while playing a pivotal role in driving customer retention.

You'll be the first point of personal contact for our newest customers. Your confident social and telephone skills will be key in building a strong and positive first impression for the business. Reporting to the Outbound Manager and leadership team, you’ll be part of a growing, energetic team dedicated to providing world class customer service.

We have offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland and Wellington, to name a few! At Entain AUS & NZ, we embrace flexibility by offering a hybrid working model, allowing employees to spend two days a week in the office to promote work-life balance and accommodate individual preferences. This role is located in our Bowen Hills office in Brisbane, Australia.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Making contact and welcoming our newest customers shortly after signup
  • Assisting with general feedback enquires and resolving issues for new customers
  • Assisting clients with verification processes
  • Ensuring clients are able to access their accounts
  • Gather customer feedback to pass onto other areas of the business
  • Completing various weekly adhoc tasks with high attention to detail
  • Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer
