SUMMARY:You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.The Senior Designer, Art Direction and Design, will create top-tier creative for omnichannel advertising campaigns in a broad spectrum of disciplines: art direction, branding, typography, illustration, motion and layout.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Work with senior creatives to concept and develop advertising campaigns with an omnichannel approach.Translate approved campaign creative concepts into layouts and design into various omnichannel assets while maintaining the original creative intent.Concept, create and deliver strong design solutions across various branded touch points, with a focus on digital and social channels.Maintain and further elevate the brand aesthetic across all touch points.Work to various timelines in a fast-paced environment while always delivering creative that is consistent with brand consistency, tone, and vision.Present to and collaborate with senior level creatives.Ensure that all creative produced meets all brief requirements.Organize and maintain projects and digital archives.Monitor projects to ensure established due dates are met, and work is of the highest level of quality.Maintain a knowledge of, and stay up to date on, latest industry technology, trends and techniques.Work in close partnership with social media + content team to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met & within budget.Qualifications:BA or BFA in related field preferred, or equivalent experience.4+ years of professional experience in a creative environment.Creative portfolio demonstrating scope of creative capabilities, with a focus on digital design, art direction, and fresh digital media projects.Must have knowledge of pre and postproduction including retouching, video editing, and be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Basic After Effects/Animation skills is a plus.Drive for innovation and disruption with cosmetic and prestige mindset.Highly driven and energetic, proactive and takes initiative.Superior organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills.Awareness of emerging technologies. Proactively seeks diversification of knowledge, skills and abilities.Deadline oriented and ability to self-manage.Strong analytical and problems-solving skills; high attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Salary and Benefits:The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
