Die hier gesuchte Position als Compliance Officer (m/w/d) wird direkt an unsere Geschäftsführerin, Frau Dr. Samareh Khosravi, angedockt sein und spielt eine zentrale Rolle in der Einhaltung unserer gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen. Sie ist ein essenzieller Bestandteil des übergeordneten Risikomanagementsystems und stellt sicher, dass Compliance-Risiken, insbesondere Sanktions- und Reputationsrisiken, proaktiv minimiert werden.

In dieser Position bist du verantwortlich für die Überwachung und Implementierung von Compliance-Vorgaben, unterstützt die Geschäftsbereiche bei der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen und entwickelst Schulungs- sowie Überwachungsmaßnahmen. Du bewegst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld, arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen zusammen und hast direkten Einfluss auf die Weiterentwicklung unseres Compliance-Managements.

  • Überwachung regulatorischer Vorgaben: Du analysierst laufend neue Gesetze, Vorschriften und regulatorische Entwicklungen und leitest Maßnahmen für deren Umsetzung ab.
  • Beratung & Unterstützung: Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung sowie Fachbereiche in allen Compliance-relevanten Fragen und entwickelst praxisnahe Lösungen zur Einhaltung interner und externer Vorgaben.
  • Erstellung & Pflege von Richtlinien: Du entwickelst und aktualisierst Compliance-Handbücher, Verhaltensrichtlinien und interne Prozesse, um die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen sicherzustellen.
  • Schulung & Sensibilisierung: Du konzipierst und führst Schulungen sowie Informationsveranstaltungen für Mitarbeitende durch, um ein starkes Bewusstsein für Compliance-Themen zu schaffen.
  • Regelmäßige Überwachung & Kontrolle: Du überwachst die Einhaltung aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen durch Stichproben, Befragungen und ad-hoc Mitteilungen.
  • Bearbeitung konkreter Fälle: Du untersuchst Compliance-Vorfälle, koordinierst Maßnahmen zur Behebung von Defiziten und berichtest darüber an die Geschäftsleitung.
  • Dokumentation & Berichtswesen: Du dokumentierst alle relevanten Compliance-Aktivitäten und erstattest regelmäßig Bericht über den Status und die Entwicklung der Compliance-Funktion an die Geschäftsleitung.

  • Regulatorisches Know-how: Du hast umfassendes Wissen über Gesetze, Vorschriften und ethische Standards sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Risikomanagement.
  • Analytische Kompetenz: Du erkennst regulatorische Änderungen frühzeitig und leitest proaktiv Anpassungen in den Compliance-Prozessen ab.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich vermitteln und arbeitest eng mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern zusammen.
  • IT- & Datenmanagement: Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung und Verwaltung von Compliance-relevanten Daten sowie IT-gestützten Überwachungssystemen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
