As an ABA Therapist at Finni Health, your primary responsibilities include working one-on-one with clients to implement individualized ABA treatment plans, teaching skills related to language, academics, social interactions, and self-help in various home settings. Strong communication and organizational skills, a commitment to behavior analysis, and a willingness to learn are also essential. While an RBT certification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
