Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician

Finni is looking for a BT/RBT!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting and community

  • Collect and record data on child behaviors

  • Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

  • Attend team meetings

What You'll Need

  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field

  • Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Must have an active CPR Certification

  • Must be willing to become RBT certified within specific time frame

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time

  • Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
