HR Support Specialist
The Human Resources team has multiple systems that require documents to be pulled and filed as a result of a new system coming being implemented.
The work will include tasks such as:
- Downloading documents from BambooHR and saving them into personnel file folders/sub-folders in SharePoint.
- Downloading and/or printing to .pdf documents/performance reviews from Halogen and saving them into Personnel file folders/sub-folders in SharePoint.
- Time-permitting, assisting with a job description project – inventorying, compiling and cross-checking job descriptions to a master list of job profiles.
We need someone who:
- Can maintain confidentiality and work independently
- Has at least 2 years of HR experience
- Knows Microsoft products, especially Excel. Experience with SharePoint is a plus but not required.
- Is not afraid of new systems, and is a quick learner
- Is very detailed, organized and methodical
- Fluent in English
