People Operations Analyst
The Lions are looking for a People Operations Analyst to drive optimal outcomes by managing data activities and systems to improve the employee experience.
Skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience with HRIS and data manipulation tools
- Knowledge of HR principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to the People Team
- Create reports and data visualizations for HRIS
- Assist with employee journey processes including benefits administration
- Contribute to system enhancements and projects impacting employee experience
- Analyze data to support efficiency and effectiveness of the People Team
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
