The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Generalist to join our team and contribute to building AI-driven solutions that enhance business performance and user experience. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and design teams to develop, implement, and optimize AI models and systems that solve complex business challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy AI solutions that align with business objectives.

Evaluate and integrate AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

What We’re Looking For

Comprehensive AI Expertise

Deep understanding of core AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
Experience with existing and cutting edge AI frameworks and libraries
Proficiency in data collection, preprocessing, analysis, and visualization.
Understanding of the generative AI landscape and experience implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) search techniques.

Software Development Proficiency

Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in AI development (Python, TypeScript)
Frontend development experience with frameworks like Next.js and ShadCn.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts (Agile, Gitflow, CI/CD).
Proven ability to deliver production-ready code.

Adaptability and Continuous Learning

Commitment to staying updated with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Effective utilization of code assistants (e.g., Cursor) to enhance productivity without over-reliance.
Broad knowledge of AI tools and technologies, enabling the selection of appropriate solutions for specific challenges.
