As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with our company, you will be responsible for creating individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all mandated reporting requirements, and providing thorough documentation of care. You'll also leverage your clinical knowledge to address treatment goals effectively and support clients in overcoming barriers to mental health.

To be considered for the Licensed Mental Health Therapist position with our company, you must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Family and Marriage Therapy, or a related field. Additionally, you should hold a valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California, along with at least two years of experience in outpatient mental health care.
