Als Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) spielst Du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem dynamischen Vertriebsteam, indem Du für den aktiven Aufbau der Sales Pipeline verantwortlich bist und unseren potenziellen Kund:innen unsere Softwarelösung näher bringst. Du übernimmst die Akquise von neuen B2B-Kund:innen und begleitest den Kund:innen bis zum Schritt der Produktdemo.

In dieser Rolle kannst Du ein Jahreszielgehalt zwischen 45.000-55.000 Euro verdienen.

  • Scouten & Forschen: Du recherchierst und identifizierst neue B2B-Kund:innen, trittst mit Geschäftsführer:innen & Recruiting-Verantwortlichen telefonisch in Kontakt und überzeugst sie erfolgreich von HeyJobs.

  • Präsentieren & Überzeugen: Als Spezialist:in im Solution Sales nimmst Du proaktiv Kontakt mit potenziellen Kund:innen auf. Du trittst als Berater:in auf, um gemeinsam mit potenziellen Kund:innen deren Anforderungen und Herausforderungen zu erkennen und erste Lösungsansätze aufzuzeigen.

  • Dokumentieren & Analysieren: Sorgfältig dokumentierst Du alle Kund:inneninteraktionen in Salesforce, analysierst die Bedürfnisse der Kund:innen und verfolgst proaktiv Deine eigene Zielerreichung.

  • Resilienz: Dein Ziel ist klar: Du bleibst am Ball, um den richtigen Ansprechpartner:innen zu erreichen und findest hier immer wieder neue Wege. Dabei optimierst Du stets Deinen Workflow und Deine Sales Skills.

  • Erfahrung in der Kund:innenakquise: Erste Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kund:innenakquise und im Verkauf von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen. 

  • Technische Fertigkeiten: Kompetenz in der Nutzung von CRM-Systemen, wünschenswerter Weise in Salesforce.
