Business Development Intern

Holmusk is a leading global mental health and data analytics company building the world's largest real-world evidence (RWE) platform for mental health.


As a Business Development Intern on the Growth Team, you will play a crucial role in our strategic expansion efforts by assisting in the development and execution of lead generation initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Growth Operations, you will be involved in market research, campaign development, and data analysis to identify and cultivate potential business opportunities.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of lead generation strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential markets by utilizing various databases, internet sources, and industry reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling outreach materials and campaign strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, providing detailed reports on performance metrics and insights.
  • Participate in the optimization of CRM processes and data management practices to ensure efficient lead processing and follow-up.
  • Engage with potential clients through various channels to qualify leads and arrange meetings for senior growth team members.
  • Support the Growth Operations Lead with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.


What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Upcoming or a recent graduate aspiring for a career in Sales and Marketing
  • Strong interest in healthcare, data analytics, and growth strategy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable with CRM software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working well in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Able to work from our New York office.
