We are looking for a (Senior) Medical Statistician to contribute to and lead projects that leverage our real-world mental health database and advanced analytics to generate real-world evidence (RWE) in psychiatry.

We're on the lookout for a Senior Medical Statistician/Medical Statistician to join our mission in utilizing data and advanced analytics to empower research and enhance outcomes in psychiatry. In this role, you will lead and contribute to exciting projects that utilize our extensive real-world mental health database. Your responsibilities will include designing studies that assess the clinical effectiveness of various interventions, ensuring data quality and integrity, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, and data scientists. You will be the architect behind compelling scientific study proposals and reports, as well as preparing detailed datasets for analysis. Your ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences will be key in this position.
