About the role
At Infinite Lambda, analytics engineers turn vast amounts of data into insightful, easy-to-use, automated business intelligence reports. They work closely with both the internal team of engineers and our partners’ projects teams to deliver reports that empower business owners to make better and more informed decisions.
This role is an opportunistic hire for late Q2.2025, so please keep in mind that the process will be slower than usual. We're taking the time to find the best long-term match, ensuring efficiency for both sides.
Contract duration: Permanent contract through EOR/B2B
Daily Requirement: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Timezone: available to work Pacific Time Zone hours
Location: Argentina, Chile or Brazil
Interview process:
Intro call with TABP: 45 minutes
TPF (Technical Progression Framework) Interview with Engineering Team: 90 minutes
EPF (Engineering Progression Framework) Interview with Engineering Team: 60 minutes
Cultural Chat: 45 minutes
Requirements
This role involves serious responsibilities to both our clients and our teams. This is why the suitable applicant needs to have a specific skill set as well as considerable experience.
We are looking for candidates who are not just able to show what could work in theory but are laser-focused on the productionization and able to deliver Machine Learning models as a working application.
You need extensive familiarity with:
4-6 years of experience in the field of Machine Learning. Supervised Learning model experience, including classifications and regression models. Experience in designing, training and developing the modes.
SQL and python, python machine learning libraries like scikit, pandas (fluency is a must)
Data modeling/orchestration/transformation framework is nice to have: dbt, airflow/prefect dimensional modeling
Cloud Platforms experience is a must: min one from AWS/GCP/Azure
GenAI experience is nice to have
Version control: Git
