As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to create strategic sales initiatives that maximize the utilization of our da Vinci® Surgical System across various surgical specialties. In this role, you'll mentor surgical teams by conducting training sessions, facilitating OR integration, and building rapport as the go-to da Vinci® Surgery expert. Your interactions won’t only be clinical; you’ll be instrumental in organizing regional Sales and Marketing events to promote awareness and adoption of our innovative procedures. You’re expected to develop a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for surgical teams, ensuring they can independently operate the system. With your established relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), you’ll drive the growth of our user base, alongside successful sales of instruments and accessories. If you're someone with robust OR experience—backed by a solid 7 years of sales under your belt and a Bachelor's Degree—this role could be your perfect fit.
