SharePoint/Power Platform Developer, New York (366)

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint/Power Platform Developer to join our newly created Service Consultant Sub-Practice and exclusively work with a mature and impactful long-term client in the financial services industry. This role requires a balance of independent work and teamwork, focusing on advancing the client's agenda. The ideal candidate will possess some understanding of the financial services sector, coupled with a proven track record of independent work and team collaboration. Requirements:
  • Strong Power Application development experience with Sharepoint as backend  
  • Strong Power Application design, development, and deployment experience in large scale enterprise  
  • Solid experience developing custom components for Power Apps and configuring Model Driven Apps for Power Apps and build reusable components to improve developer productivity. 
  • Solid expertise on Power Apps security capabilities, including Role based authorization and contributing to solution design activities. 
  • Experience in SharePoint Online/Power Platform and other associated M365 low code technologies at an enterprise level, focusing on all pillars of Power Platform (including Power Pages, Power BI, AI Builder) 
  • Experience assessing and evaluating existing complex solutions, workflows and design solutions using the extensive Power Platform capabilities to solve the identified business requirements. 
  • Experience assessing, enhancing, and troubleshooting/supporting complex Power Automate Flows to address critical business needs. 
  • Ability to develop proofs of concept, prototypes, wireframes, and other materials to implement functionality from user stories to implementation to support. 
  • Strong SharePoint/Power Platform/SPFx design, development, and deployment experience in large scale enterprise  
  • Experience with integrating internal applications and processes with Office 365 cloud environments, re-platforming using Power Platform, SharePoint framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting and Graph API skills. 
  • Must have 5+ years of experience with designing and developing within the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Portal, Automate) 
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in Sharepoint online and integrating with Microsoft Power Platform 
  • Solid SharePoint SPFx design, development, and deployment experience in large scale enterprise  
  • Bachelors in IT related field, Computer science preferred or equivalent 


Nice to have: 
  • Experience with the Dynamics 365 is preferred 
  • Platform Admin experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments 
  • Quick in learning and adapting to new projects with minimal supervision. 
  • Experience creating/managing CI/CD pipeline to manage Power Platform Application lifecycle using Azure DevOps is preferred 
  • Ability to manage multiple effort in agile environment projects. 
  • Develop various project documents such as design document, user guide, etc.
