Reporting to the Senior Integrated Production Director  you will create impact within our team and capability. We take pride in our achievements and clients setting us apart in the industry.

You'll contribute by working on one of our fastest growing accounts, with a focus on collaboration and innovation with a leading global technology corporation on Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered projects and initiatives, including Localisation i.e. transcreation and adaptation of existing creative materials, and copy validation management. You will be project lead, working with Client Management, Content Management (language) and our Production team. As the Integrated Producer, you will be responsible for  managing the scoping and briefing process, estimates, timelines, overseeing production workflows, and delivery for localised digital assets. You will also work directly with clients to project manage and ensure timely & quality delivery of our copy validation services. At Jellyfish, we are committed to fostering professional growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• You will have experience working in marketing or a fast-paced production agency environment. Experience working with an enterprise-level technology client
• Mastery in establishing scopes, creating schedules, developing estimates and managing production resourcing
• Budget management skills, monitoring scope changes, keeping track of client Purchase Orders, managing invoice needs while ensuring the financial health of projects
• Comfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners
• You will change client requests while balancing both external and internal requirements and maintaining all project details
• Willingness to work globally, understanding time zone implications for deadlines, communicating with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferences

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of Integrated Producer experience within a digital marketing, creative, or production agency
• Proficiency with project management software tools and GSheets
• Familiarity with digital/video formats and software eg. Figma, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
• Familiarity with application of AI solutions in the creative production space will be an advantage
• Experience working on client accounts that integrate and/or utilise Gen AI will be an advantageNote:

• Adept at working globally, understanding time zone implications for deadlines, communicating with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferences
