Job Title: Lead Generation Engineer

About the role: As a Lead Generation Engineer you will collaborate with our commercial team and contribute to our growth initiatives by helping:
Source leads from databases for prospect accounts provided by Kapa.
Create custom-built demo’s for companies using the Kapa platform to build compelling product showcases for interested customers.
You may be a good fit if you have:
2+ years of experience in lead prospecting with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Basic technical scripting proficiency (e.g., able to write simple Python scripts).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience working directly with customers.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
General interest in the AI field.
