Job Summary
Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in our Key Bank communities. As a Teller, you provide excellent client service by welcoming both new and existing clients to the Bank and assisting them with their account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues. Tellers, through conversations with clients, listen to uncover financial needs and transition clients to a banker to have a deeper financial wellness conversation. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18 to $22.60 per hour depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes short-term incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
