User Experience Designer

At Keylane, we operate in two business segments: Insurance (Property & Casualty or P&C) and Pension (Life & Pension or L&P). This role will fall under our Pension (L&P) domain.

We are looking for a User Experience Designer to help shape intuitive, accessible, and engaging pension portals for employers, participants, and advisors across the Dutch, Belgian, and Caribbean markets. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring our digital platforms are inclusive, user-friendly, and aligned with industry needs.

If you’re passionate about user-centred design and want to make a real impact in the pension industry, we’d love to meet you!

Key about your role

As a User Experience Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, consultants, developers (front-end & back-end), testers, and architects. You’ll play a vital role in developing and evolving our design system and product catalogue, ensuring consistency and usability across our platforms.

Key about your team

You’ll be joining Plexus Digital Engagement (PDE), a dynamic team of 28–32 engineers dedicated to building top-tier digital pension solutions. As a team, we are transitioning from a custom-development mindset to a product-focused approach, ensuring scalable and innovative solutions for our clients.

Our team is a mix of experienced members—about half have been with us for over five years—and newer colleagues bringing fresh perspectives. We currently support ~10 customers while actively working on five customer implementations alongside ongoing product development.

Beyond work, we enjoy a great team culture! Whether it’s tafeltennis matches, summer and end-of-year events, or our annual team outing, we believe in having fun while building great products together
