The design team is looking for a strong Senior Product Designer to take on these challenges with us and to collaborate across our organization. We are a dedicated team whose priorities are to understand and support our users and the future of education. Join our team and play a key role in shaping user experiences by researching and understanding their needs and challenges. You'll leverage Kiddom’s mission and product strategy to inform high-level decisions and create solutions that bring the best tools and processes to our users. Collaborating closely with the entire product development team, you'll help drive impactful and user-centric innovation.

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or a design-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product design
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional product design with wide adoption
  • The confidence and ability to make informed and integral decisions as a project lead
  • An affinity for strategic system-level thinking combined with mad tactical skills
  • A devotion to logical and extensible interaction design
  • Proficiency with the standard UX design tools - we mostly use Figma
  • Visual design skills and the ability to both utilize and extend existing design systems
  • Willingness to share knowledge and experience with other team members
  • Communication skills that relay all of the above to produce exceptional product
  • The ability to quickly prototype ideas or specifications, when words aren’t enough

Nice to have

  • Experience in education technology
  • Technical competence with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JS
  • UX animation and/or audio skills

Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.

COVID Vaccination Policy

Kiddom policy requires employees to be vaccinated before they visit an office or attend company events..

We have remote roles but in certain positions where office attendance is deemed to be essential to the role, offers of employment shall be conditional upon proof of vaccination.
