General Manager – Construction Services (Omaha Metro Area)

Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 base + 25% bonus potential + equity opportunity

We are conducting a search for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead a growing, well-established regional construction services company headquartered in the Omaha metro area. This business specializes in highway striping, traffic control rentals (cones, signage, etc.), and related services, and is poised for significant expansion.

Role Overview

As General Manager, you will assume full P&L responsibility for all aspects of the business, including:
