Functieomschrijving

Als associate Integration en Separation in KPMG Deals werk je aan zowel due diligences (zowel buy-side als sell-side), als aan separatie blauwdrukken, integratie en separatie plannen, Day-1 readiness voorbereidingen, de eerste 100 dagen support en TSA- en synergie monitoring. Je hebt een coördinerende rol in verschillende projectonderdelen en een belangrijke rol in de begeleiding van de (junior) consultants. Je bent betrokken bij team en afdeling overstijgende projecten. Tijdigheid en hoge kwaliteit van de deliverable waaraan je samen met het team werkt is cruciaal. Jouw communicatie is duidelijk naar zowel externe stakeholders als binnen KPMG

Voor een succesvolle integratie moet het momentum van de deal benut worden maar tegelijkertijd dienen alle relevante aspecten in het oog te worden gehouden, zoals governance, wetgeving, ondernemingsraden, operationele en IT-implicaties, en, niet te vergeten, de aandachtsgebieden personeel en veranderingsmanagement. De werkzaamheden op het gebied van separatieplanning en executie zijn gericht op het veiligstellen van duurzame waarde voor zowel de achterblijvende organisatie als de afgestoten organisatie(s).

Functie-eisen

  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in (consultancy in) M&A, Finance, IT, Operations of Strategy
  • Een relevant master diploma (bijv. in Bedrijfskunde, Economie, Finance, Technische studie)
  • Je herkent jezelf in de volgende steekwoorden; proactief, analytisch, cijfermatig sterk, team speler, resultaat gedreven en stressbestendig
  • Solide rapportage-, presentatie- en communicatievaardigheden
  • Je hebt een zeer goede beheersing van de Nederlandse- en Engelse taal
  • Ervaring in het begeleiden van teamgenoten

Aanvullende informatie

  • Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.215,- en € 5.665,- afhankelijk van je werkervaring, winstuitkering, een vaste onkostenvergoeding en een thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,40 per gewerkte dag.
