Responsibilities

Oversee daily hiring, training, and management of BDRs
Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions
Hold team accountable to performance standards
Drive team to meet quarterly targets
Manage KPIs for the BDR team
Collaborate with GTM leaders to improve sales processes
Utilize sales tools for operational efficiency
