As the Director of Strategic Alliances for the Utilities Vertical, you’ll play a crucial role in our Business Development team, forging innovative partnerships that not only drive indirect sales revenues but also help us achieve significant strategic milestones. Your day-to-day will involve conducting in-depth market research to uncover potential partnership opportunities and evaluating their alignment with KUBRA's vision. You’ll initiate discussions with prospective partners, negotiate agreements, and ensure our partnerships thrive from inception to execution. Collaboration is key in this role as you’ll work hand-in-hand with various teams to determine the financial and operational impact of these alliances. Not only will you be responsible for delivering powerful presentations that showcase partnership values, but you'll also mentor the transition of new alliances into our Sales department for seamless channel development. You’ll need to be detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset, combined with excellent communication and social skills, to build trust and rapport in a fast-paced environment.
