Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting electrical control systems for large industrial machinery. The role also requires strong expertise in PLC programming and automation systems.


Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems for industrial machinery.
  • Program, test, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HMIs, and SCADA systems.
  • Develop and modify control logic and ladder diagrams for automation processes.
  • Integrate industrial control systems with mechanical and electrical components.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical control panels, motor control systems, and instrumentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and programming logic.
  • Support commissioning, startup, and ongoing maintenance of automation systems.
  • Assist in training and mentoring plant personnel on control systems and automation technologies.
