In the Sales representative role, you’ll spend your days actively connecting with homeowners to showcase our energy-efficient roofing systems and home improvement services. You'll visit potential customers in their neighborhoods, conduct personalized consultations to assess their needs, and recommend solutions tailored to their homes. You'll build strong relationships with clients all while building an even strong career foundation. 

What You WIll Do As A Sales Representative: 

  • Engage with homeowners to introduce our energy-efficient roofing systems and home improvement services, emphasizing the benefits and long-term savings
  • Conduct personalized in-home consultations to assess homeowner needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Develop lasting customer relationships through proactive follow-ups, clear communication, and excellent service
  • Conduct targeted door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our services within key neighborhoods
  • Confidently explain product features, emphasize value, and apply effective negotiation techniques to close sales efficiently
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress

  • Has reliable transportation to our office in Wilmington, DE and within an assigned territory when meeting with homeowners 
  • Has solid communication skills, with the ability to articulate messages clearly and persuasively
  • Is passionate about people and yearning for a career in home improvement 
  • Has prior experience in sales, canvasing, B2B sales, closing sales, client relations, roofing, sales representative, or home improvement
  • Is comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and engaging with diverse populations
  • Has excellent customer service and people skills with a knack for understanding customer needs
