Partner Development Associate

As a Partner Development Associate (PDA), you will play a crucial role developing and supporting our partner ecosystem. This role sits in our Partnerships team reporting to the Director of Partnerships. You’ll be responsible for helping us find and grow critical Logistics and Agency Partners by connecting them with our merchants who are in need of their services & product while finding ways to support their clients with Loop’s industry-leading software. The PDA will be responsible for properly sourcing, qualifying and growing our relationships with new and existing partners. You will need to be able to work independently on multiple projects, be a self-starter, and a quick learner. You will need to have a deep understanding of the value of Loop’s platform and the positive impact it can have on our partners and their customers.


Loop HQ is a state-of-the-art office located in Columbus, Ohio, and more than half of our team works remotely across the United States and Canada. You can choose to join us in the Columbus office or stay fully remote in this role.


What You’ll Do:
  • Qualify inbound partners, onboard and provide them with basic enablement, and grow and route them when relevant to Partner Managers. 
  • Own the outbounding process to source net new logistics and agency partner relationships. 
  • Manage a high volume portfolio of partners and engage and enable them in a 1:many approach to generate referrals from them. 
  • Lead & optimize the process of sending merchant introductions to our partners by working closely with GTM teams to help source, qualify and introduce opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Loop’s partner ecosystem and the reverse logistics industry.


Your Experience:
  • 1+ years of marketing, sales, or partnerships experience. 
  • We would be thrilled to hear from you if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS or ecommerce (or both!) in the past.
  • Proven ability to hunt leads, outbound and proactively engage external stakeholders.
  • You’re a phenomenal communicator and have created exceptional partnerships with your internal partners, quickly becoming one of their favorite people to work with.
  • You have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills combined with the desire to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Experience using sales and partnership tools, preferably Hubspot & Crossbeam.
  • You have a results-driven mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet and exceed quotas.

$48,593 - $72,593 a year

We want you to feel safe and excited, but also comfortable with the compensation package of a startup. The posted salary range is the base salary for this opportunity. The salary range is subject to change, and may be adjusted in the future.

The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to: your prior experience and skills related to the position, geographic location, company needs, current market demands, and your total compensation goals. 

This position is also eligible for an annual commission expected to be 35% of your base salary.
