Mechanical Engineer(s) (full-time, multiple openings)
L&T Technology Services Ltd. is in need of Mechanical Engineer(s) in Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to establish and evaluate structural design concepts for truck and off-highway vehicles. Provide mechanical support for design, fabrication, modification, and evaluation of parts, assemblies, components, sub-assemblies, tooling, and final products. Support development team to provide innovative design and manufacturing solutions, mechanical cost reduction ideas, structural concept designing through CAD modeling, and manufacturing drawings. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related field, plus two years of engineering experience. The two years of engineering experience must include one year of experience using CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Teamcenter, and Microsoft Office (MS Office). In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) earned through any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Domestic Travel and Relocation is required. Travel will be required to various facilities of L&T Technology Services Limited and its clients across the U.S. based on project needs up to approximately 10% of the time in order to physically examine prototypes and review designs for calculation or monitoring purposes.
