Partner Technology Strategist - #34100

As a Partner Technology Strategist (PTS), you will be the driving force behind our partners & digital transformation journey. Leveraging your technical expertise and cloud knowledge, you will align our partners & technology roadmap with Microsoft technology solutions. By doing so, you will empower our partners to deliver exceptional return on investment (ROI) to their customers while driving business growth and innovation. You will become the company’s Cloud Platform expert and deliver regular enablement experiences to our channel partners. Your role will require a strong understanding of cloud technology, relationship management, and effective collaboration with both partners and internal teams to accelerate business outcomes.

For over 45 years, they have been helping Australian partners of all sizes design, configure, and implement solutions for their customers, while successfully guiding businesses through technological change.

Due to their continued success, they are looking to expand their team in the Philippines and are seeking a passionate, skillful, and self-motivated Partner Technology Strategist to join their dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create mid-long-term technical development plans (TDP) for key partners
  • Driving conversations that present the strategic relationship between Microsoft technologies & the company’s solutions/offers, products, and services compared with the competitor's solution and the partners’ overall business goals and objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining a vision with business and technology solution scenarios and services that help partners meet their business goals, achieve their long-term corporate vision, and maximize commercial success.
  • Partner Enablement Using existing and new readiness resources to support enablement plans for partners & amp; host regular 1: many, training workshops.
  • Providing strategic input to team members (e.g., Account Team) using a thorough knowledge of Microsoft technologies, partner accounts, and digital transformations and their context in the competitive landscape.
  • Playing a key role in helping the partner and their customers be successful with digital transformation.
  • Anticipates partners; and technical blockers and executes a plan to divert blockers before they have the potential to occur.

Must-have Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-10+ years of related experience in technology IP solutions or services development, with a deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, and emerging cloud trends like generative AI and SaaS services.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, with a focus on Microsoft, cloud offerings (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365).
  • Strong partner relationship and solution development skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Collaborative and inclusive team approach with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proactive and problem-solving orientation with the capacity to manage complex technical conversations.

Advantageous or Nice to haves:

  • Completed min of two Microsoft Fundamentals Exams (AI-900, MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900, MB-910, DP-900, MB-901).
  • Experience in cloud architecture, migration, and optimization is highly desirable.
