The opportunity


We are looking for a qualified Branding Manager to join our team to manage Manulife branding activities and drive the success of key cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and concept development for key brand campaigns/product launching and activities in the year
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives that bring positive impacts on brand and business performance
  • Manage consistent brand communications across all public and customer channels
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor resources and business-as-usual activities of the brand department
  • Manage UX/UI projects to enhance user experience across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to optimize brand positioning and marketing efforts.

  • Experience in UXUI is a plus
