MACHINE LEARNING DATA SCIENTIST

We’re looking for a hungry, humble and smart Data Scientist to join our growing team. You’ll know you’re a good fit if you’ve had success building and deploying machine learning models and thrive finding new ways to leverage data.

We’re an All-Inclusive television advertising agency with our home base in Minneapolis. However, you can work from anywhere that works for you including cities like Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Austin, Portland and more.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our AI team gets to build and manage an amazing roster of fascinating products. This role will report to the VP of AI, Product & Strategy, and get to work with a dynamic and talented team of product managers, engineers, and data scientists.

Here’s what your days could look like:

  • Developing and training machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

  • Analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform business decisions.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

  • Deploying and monitoring ML models in production environments to ensure performance and accuracy.

  • Continuously improving models and algorithms based on feedback and new data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Problem Solver – You thrive on challenges and enjoy solving intricate problems. You have deep knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques, and you’re comfortable working with complex datasets to find the best solutions.

  • A Technical Expert – You possess well-developed technical skills in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), programming languages (like Python, R), cloud-based modeling/model deployment (Docker, Data Bricks, Azure, etc.) and data manipulation tools (SQL, pandas, Spark). You’re well-versed in building, training, and deploying ML models.

  • A Data Enthusiast – You are excited about data and understand the importance of data quality and preprocessing. You have experience with data collection, cleaning and transformation, and you can extract meaningful insights from raw data.

  • A Continuous Learner – You are always eager to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science. You actively seek out new knowledge and skills to improve your craft and adapt to the evolving tech landscape.

Marketing Architects is an All-Inclusive TV agency that gives performance brands access to high-quality, effective TV campaigns without the traditional high entry cost and ongoing challenges of optimization, scale, and measurement. Founded in Minneapolis, Marketing Architects has been helping companies connect with their customers in new and inspiring ways for more than 25 years.

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, location and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
