You'll collaborate closely with injured workers, potential employers, and a skilled internal team of allied health professionals to create and promote safe, sustainable opportunities for re-entry into the workforce. A big part of your role will involve fostering strong relationships with local businesses, conducting job skills development, and helping clients confidently present their abilities to potential employers. To effectively fulfill these responsibilities, you should have experience or a passion for vocational rehabilitation, and strong resume writing skills are key.
