Role Summary 

MetaPhase is seeking a Software Tester with a minimum of 3 years of experience to be a part of a Federal team supporting an awesome project that plays a critical role in the federal space! 

What You Will Be Doing

• Work closely with client stakeholders and delivery team via working sessions and/or agile ceremonies to review requirements via user stories/epics and roadmaps in order to develop test strategy and plan 
• You’ll develop and maintain comprehensive system test plans, test scripts, documentation implement, and maintain test frameworks 
• Independently perform various types of testing including but not limited to functional (manual, regression and smoke) 508 compliance, usability, mobile testing, security, load and performance testing 
• Independently develop and execute test cases/scripts, captures bugs and issues, and work with development teams throughout sprints  
• Provide information and input from testing perspective to support prioritization and backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, product demos, and sprint retrospectives 
• Provide end-user support including demos, training, and production support

What We Need From You (Required)

• Minimum of 3 years of professional software testing experience 
• Experience in creating Test Cases and Test Suites, executing Test Scripts, capturing bugs, and working with developers/business analysts to resolve issues 
• Possess strong technical, analytical, and strong customer engagement skills, comfortable communicating with product owners and ability to manage the client relationship and expectations.
