Sales Team Lead/Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Team Lead/Manager to guide and elevate our growing Sales Development Representative team. In this hybrid role, you’ll not only coach and mentor SDRs but also roll up your sleeves and contribute directly to vendor outreach. Your focus will be on improving performance quality, optimizing team output, and ensuring alignment with our company’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the SDR team to achieve outreach targets and high-quality vendor engagement
  • Run regular coaching sessions focused on performance improvement, messaging quality, and conversion strategies
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide constructive feedback on calls, emails, and CRM notes
  • Monitor team performance metrics and implement data-informed strategies to drive results
  • Serve as an individual contributor during off-coaching hours, actively engaging vendors and qualifying leads
  • Collaborate with leadership to align outreach tactics with broader go-to-market goals
  • Create and refine outreach scripts, cadences, and training materials to support continuous improvement
  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR or sales-related role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship capacity
  • Proven track record of exceeding outreach or lead generation targets
  • Strong coaching mindset with the ability to inspire and guide team members
  • Clear and confident communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to lead by example
  • Comfortable using CRMs, QA tools, and outreach platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
